Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your booked time. 

All reservations are made online through our booking portal. Select your preferred bay and time slot, then follow the steps to make a payment and complete your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation email and in future years an access code will be included with your confirmation email to access the facility.  Same-day bookings are available, and you can make reservations up to seven days in advance

When you complete your booking, we encourage you to download the Trackman App on your phone. When you arrive in the Simulator Bay you can easily login to your Trackman account by scanning the QR code on the screen. All your shots, rounds and data will be saved on your Trackman profile on the app.

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your booking time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time of your booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or customers who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled rental.
• All bookings require a credit card to confirm.

Yes, you can use your own clubs. It’s especially important to clean them well before arriving to prevent dirt, dust, and debris from transferring to the screen, which can cause stains and damage. If you forget, we have a club cleaning station on site. Please bring a clean pair of running shoes or golf shoes without grass and dirt to wear while golfing

Yes, we ask that you only use the new golf balls provided at Smash Factor Muskoka. This helps prevent dirt and debris from transferring to the screen. Additionally, to ensure the most accurate data from the Trackman IO, the golf balls must be free from Sharpie marks, logos, and dirt. We will also provide specific tees, as normal sharp golf tees could damage the screen

Yes, we have CPGA Pro’s available to teach lessons. for more information email mitch@smashfactormuskoka.ca

We serve beer, mixed drinks, as well as soft drinks. We have a small asortment of snacks, you can also order in food from local restaurants.

Simulator rentals can be booked up to 9 days in advance. If you’re looking to host a party or event, we can make those arrangements further in advance to confirm your preferred date and time!

You can customize your session by combining practice and play, from full shots with any club to short putts. Adjust ground and weather conditions to test different scenarios. Detailed statistics on carry distance, total distance, ball speed, backspin, and launch angle are available for individual shots or as averages.
