Step 1: Install and Open the Trackman Golf App
Install the App:
Download and install the Trackman Golf App from your device’s app store.
Open the App:
Once installed, tap on the app icon to open it.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Sign Up with Email:
Tap on Create Account.
Enter your email address to sign up.
Set a Password:
Choose a password for your account.
Important: Ensure your password does not contain special characters. It should include at least one uppercase letter.
Agree to Terms and Conditions:
Review and accept the terms and conditions.
Tap Next and then select Create Account.
Can I just practice on the range, or do I have to play a course?
You can customize your session by combining practice and play, from full shots with any club to short putts. Adjust ground and weather conditions to test different scenarios. Detailed statistics on carry distance, total distance, ball speed, backspin, and launch angle are available for individual shots or as averages.
How do I book to play?
All reservations are made online through our booking portal. Select your preferred bay and time slot, then follow the steps to make a payment and complete your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation email and in future years an access code will be included with your confirmation email to access the facility. Same-day bookings are available, and you can make reservations up to seven days in advance
Trackman App
When you complete your booking, we encourage you to download the Trackman App on your phone. When you arrive in the Simulator Bay you can easily login to your Trackman account by scanning the QR code on the screen. All your shots, rounds and data will be saved on your Trackman profile on the app.
Do I bring my own clubs and shoes?
Yes, you can use your own clubs. It's especially important to clean them well before arriving to prevent dirt, dust, and debris from transferring to the screen, which can cause stains and damage. If you forget, we have a club cleaning station on site. Please bring a clean pair of running shoes or golf shoes without grass and dirt to wear while golfing
Are you required to use the provided golf balls at Smash Factor?
Yes, we ask that you only use the new golf balls provided at Smash Factor Muskoka. This helps prevent dirt and debris from transferring to the screen. Additionally, to ensure the most accurate data from the Trackman IO, the golf balls must be free from Sharpie marks, logos, and dirt. We will also provide specific tees, as normal sharp golf tees could damage the screen
Will you be offering golf lessons?
Yes, we will have CPGA Pro’s available to teach lessons. More information will be available soon!
Will you be serving alcohol & food?
We will be selling alcohol in the future and will be partnering with local restaurants that will have food available to be delivered while golfing.
