RULES

These Rules are meant to ensure that all Players and Guestsof Smash Factor Muskoka have a safe and enjoyable experience. We expect all Players and Guests to comply with the Rules at all times. Failure to adhere to the Rules may result in expulsion and/or other disciplinary action at the discretion of Smash Factor Muskoka. The Rules may be amended from time to time at Smash Factor Muskoka’s sole discretion.

 All players and guests must be aware of their surroundings at all times and be mindful as to where they stand or walk and stay clear of another player’s swing.

1. Participants are responsible forthe safety of others around them and players must confirm their surroundings are clear prior to each swing.
2. All golf swings must be performed on the hitting mat and only the player hitting may be near or on the hitting mat at any one time. All other guests and participants must remain a safe distance back from the player hitting.
3. DO NOT share your door code with anyone. Participants must be physically present during their reserved time.
4. For any bookings which are cancelled more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled booking, refunds will be processed. Any bookings which are cancelled 48 hours or less from the originally scheduled booking, no refund will be provided.
5. DO NOT open the door for anyone outside of your party.
6. No more than four (4) people, including spectators and guests, are permitted in a single simulator bay. The simulator will turn off if more than four (4) people attend a single bay.
7. Players may not enter/use any simulator bay that they have not booked.
8. Club faces must be clean prior to play.
9. Players must only use the golf balls provided by Smash Factor Muskoka. DO NOT use your own golf balls. The simulator requires the use of specific golf balls.
10. No outdoor shoes are permitted. Players must wear clean, indoor shoes which shoes must be closed-toed. Players are not permitted to wear bare or socked feet. Spiked footwear of any kind or prohibited.
11. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD. Players and guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages but are responsible for cleaning their area of garbage and other belongings upon completion of their session.
12. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING, OR USE OF VAPES OR E-CIGARETTES any where on the premises whether inside building or in the parking lot. Any participant or guest determined to have consumed any of the above substances will, without notice, be charged a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee.
13. All participants and guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
14. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
15. No formal lessons may occur except with an authorized instructor.
16. Please be advised that that Smash Factor Muskoka is under video surveillance.
17. The lightsautomatically turn off 10 minutes after the last player completes their session.
18. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

The facility is a self-service space. General cleanliness is the sole responsibility of the participants and their guests. Any violation of the above rules will be, in the sole discretion of Smash Factor Muskoka,and may include any of the following: i) cancellation without refund ii) minimum charge of $100 for cleaning iii) permanent ban from the facility.

 By booking online OR entering the facility, you agree to the rules and their associated penalties.

 FOR CERTAINTY, THE FOREGOING ARE THE RULES AS DESCRIBED IN THE WAIVER THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREED TO PRIOR TO BOOKING.
